OPTION 1:

The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass / Graduation / Post Graduation from any stream except Fine Arts has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.

  • CSEET
  • Executive Programme and
  • Professional Programme

OPTION 2:

The Student who would like to join the Course after passing CA/CMA final has to undergo two stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course (can apply for CSEET exemption) i.e.

  • Executive Programme and
  • Professional Programme

NOTE:

  • Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test(CSEET) can be pursued by 10+2 pass/ Graduate / Post Graduatestudents of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts). The Institute has stipulated examination 04 times in a financial year for CSEET aspirants. Students, who have not passed the CSEET Examination within the validity period of their registration/examination, may seek fresh registration online.
  • Executive Programme (EP) can be pursued by a student who passed CA/CMA final exam or cleared CSEET.
  • Professional Programme (PP)can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course.
  • Maximum time period between EP and PP examinations: There is no maximum time period between CSExecutive and CSProfessional.But following criteria has to be followed:-

Admission to the CSEET:

It is open throughout the year. Examinations are held 04 times in a year i.e. May, July, November & January for CSEET. Students have to register online at ICSI website

Cut off dates for admission to CS course:

Fee Structure for CSEET:

Rs.1000/-

Examination:

  • Medium of Examination: English
  • Qualifying Marks : candidate is declared to have passed the CSEET examination, if he/she secures at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
